Her favourite part was feeding the eggs and watching them hatch. The playset is well-crafted and comes with some accessories. She has since has some enthusiastic play sessions and carefully store them by her bedside every night. My son loved feeding the egg and observing the egg hatch. He got little disappointed when he couldnt join the egg back but then continued with pretend play. Kept him busy for 25-30 minutes at a time. Good toy for toddlers. I packed this in my 5 years olds carryon. We opened it up on the plane not realizing that it needed water to hatch the eggs. He hatched one by hand and put the other one in water once we arrived to our destination. I am confused by the base of the egg, it doesnt have a purpose, its literally just plastic trash. Each of those egg bases must weigh a few ounces, and its literally plastic waste. Why? He played with these for 5 minutes and honestly I know he will never play with them ever again.
