Youngest us 6 most and oldest is 8. Both love this and play for hours. My youngest is just crawling good and will crawl in and out and loves to play with her toys in it and falls asleep often. Both girls love it so it's a win win! Nicely sized for both girls and sturdy enough yet forgiving if they fall on it. The doll house is big enough to accommodate two 3-4 year old kids. 2. You can easily twist and stow it away. 3. The front side of the tent is slightly taller than the other sides and has the picture of the actual doll house. My kids have the doll house as well. They pretend play with the tent and the doll house together. 4. My kids love taking this to the beach. Cons 1. The colors are not as vibrant as I had expected. It popped up easily. I have had the kind with poles and they are a pain to set up so the tent didn&rsquo;t get used much. With this tent no assembly needed and it seems to be well made. It&rsquo;s lightweight and easy to move. when your kiddo done with playing,you can actually fold it back and put it away. Pretty sturdy and actually have plenty of space.An adult can definitely sit comfortably with a child.It&rsquo;s open on both sides so you can see the child better plus aids in ventilation.This is Gabby Dollhouse theme tent.Cute print on the walls and the fabric is light-colored enough that the inside of the tent is not dark. Color and print are very very cute.Absolutely loved it. I know my girl is going to have hours of fun playing in this beautiful tent. I would recommend purchasing this for any little kid.
