<span itemprop="description">The Skeletor that arrived was in a severely damaged and crumpled box, and was without the plastic protective case. The shipping box was in perfect condition, so Toys R Us was aware that the item was damaged when it was packaged. It is very disappointing to see how little Toys R Us cares about their customers.</span>

Thanks for the care in packing; this came in a hard-shell protector.
If I was being very critical it would have been nice to get it in the styro-foam protector sleeve it may have been shipped in.
Other then that tiny issue everything was tickety-boo.</span>
