The demo battery was dead so I have no idea if it actually works. The top piece where the figure stands on was pushed down, so i had to cut the plastic loop to make sure it works and wasn't jammed. I'm sure the toy itself is fine, just not impressed at what was sent to me. I love that it's open package, so you can play with it a little bit bit before you even decide to buy off the shelf. You can press the buttons and hear the sounds and watch it light up. I love that you can put the figurine on top of the van and it has the capability to light the figurine up. This is because Jonesy is transparent and pretty unique. Jonesy is functional. His head moves up and down and his arms can rotate around. His legs can do the splits.
