She also received the owl as a gift and we have about 3 others including the sloth turtle and panda however our penguin lights up but makes zero sound it never has made sound I thought it only light up at first but the box and online videos says and shows it does so much more . It was a product of Walmart I’m not sure that matters and I also tried changing the batteries it’s just a dud but it still lights up like the others .</span>
