I love the fact that you can fit either of the figures into the prison, driving seat or stand on top. The pinchers are a great idea and the fact that it can be used in the bath is even better. The figures are well made and fun to play with separately as well as with the submarine. Each figure can be captured inside the cage at the back of the submarine, can pilot the sub by sitting in the pod at the front or operate the claw feature by standing on the top. The product is well made and can withstand vigorous play. It is also very well packaged, easy to get out and no assembly required. Although my child is in the 2-4 age group, this product would also be suitable for older children as it great for imaginative play. We already have the bat mobile so he loves to play with both of them together. The sub has a good amount of different functions to hold his interest and it is nice that it came with two action figures so you do not have to buy those separately. I also love how durable it is since my son can be pretty rough on his toys. I do wish that is was made for the water since it is a sub. My son kept wanting to take it in the pool or tub. We really liked the fact that it came with two different characters. His favorite part is having Batman stand on top and use the claws to capture the villain and put him in the cage in the back of the sub. We had just a little trouble with the special inside seat for Batman. Since the seat 'moves' back and forth it was hard for my son to get Batman to sit and stay in the seat on his own without help from someone to hold the seat or push Batman into place. In the end he chose not to bother putting Batman inside as he was frustrated by the seat.
