The part of the back rest of this vehicle is shaped in a way that obstructs the crank entirely. Unfortunately I was unable to use the car seat at all in my vehicle. Evenflo just dismissed my request and told me to just buy replacement. I do not have the money for it. I can barely survive in women shelter with my baby. I am trying to save money to get an apartment and they just dismiss my request.
