<span itemprop="description">Where do I start? Assembling the straps in the correct spot for height of child I practically broke every single finger nail so difficult to lock the tabs back in. The canopy doesn't stay up at all it just keeps falling behind the seat. Locking the seat into the base is a struggle you really gotta push the thing down and then it clicks super loud to make sure your baby wakes up!! Tightening the straps isn't easy either. Instead of a little pullstrap in between the legs like every other carseat it's two pull straps in the back of the seat. Don't waste your money</span>

<span itemprop="description">I've been using this car seat for 5 months and am planning on buying a new one tomorrow. I can't take it anymore. First of all, my baby hates being in it because it's so uncomfortable, she cries every time I put her in it. There is no padding so when I carry her in it her head bangs on the side. I'm not comfortable with it protecting my child due to the fact that it seems like it's not a sturdy hold. The seat tips when turning, has no hold from the back and tip up also. Doesn't seem safe at all. Not to mention, it's so hard to get the seat in and out of the base. And also the canopy is cheap and always falls on my baby's face. I'm so disappointed in this seat.</span>

The handle makes horrible popping noises when I carry my daughter, it has little to no padding, the base is impossible to secure in my car, and the seat is a challenge to remove from the base. I will be buying my daughter's convertible car seat somewhere else because this is inexcusable.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought this seat about 3 months ago because it was inexpensive and we were running out of time before our second child was born. She is 8 weeks old now and I wish we had gotten a different seat. The canopy is small and gives no shade whatsoever when baby is in the seat. The harness is very difficult to adjust for a proper fit on baby and the release levers for both straps stick and makes it hard to get baby out of the seat. The plastic is also thin and flexs when used with the car safty belt instead of the base.</span>

There is no head support so her head flops around. The canopy doesn't even reach around enough to cover her from the sun, and now it wont even stay up, it just falls down and hangs there. The base doesn't recline at all so it has my daughter sitting in a very awkward and uncomfortable position. I could go on more about how much I dis-like this car seat.</span>

Front adjust harnesses are definitely the better way to go. Also, I feel like the seat is cheaply made. When I use the seat without the base, I feel like the plastic of the seat has to flex to get it tight enough in the car.</span>

Evenflo has not tested the NurtureMax infant seats with any other manufacturers strollers.
