<span itemprop="description">Omg such a horrible pump. The suction is so weak that I literally have to sit there holding it. Trying to pump both breasts is frustrating and just not doable. Initially I had used an older pump that I had from before and I had a lot of milk. I would love to this pump and get nothing. I mean nothing but my baby would eat and be full. It doesn’t stimulate the breast at all in order to get more milk. I have spend so many hours trying to increase my supply. It killed my supply and forced my child to be formula fed because I assumed I wasnt producing enough.
Also, shame on toys r us for selling this exact pump for $199 ON SALE 2 months ago and now look at it it’s 199 regular.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This pump is terrible. The suction is horrible at best. If your using 2 at the same time the suction is so weak, and you have to sit and hold both to each breast, using both hands for this and not free to even adjust the speed or suction. I gave up and just use 1.
Hardly No milk gets collected. I use other higher end pumps and get a lot. This one does not stimulate milk to let down at all.
Customer service is very poor as well. I contacted them for a refund since I can’t return this crappy product and got a generic response about a return policy. I knew the return policy, which is why I didn’t go back to the store and contacted the manufacturer!! So frustrating and I won’t be buying any evenflo products after this experience.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My first review I mentioned low suction when using as double, but I also wanted to add that I really wanted to use this machine on the go and not be stuck to the wall so I tried using with batteries and it literally only worked through one pump session then killed the batteries. Initially I thought it was the pump that messed up so I plugged back in and voila it worked as normal ! then I tried switching out the batteries thinking maybe it will be better but same thing happened. The lights even dim showing you that it’s not working properly and soon once you start your session it turns off mid pumping. I wish they made it with a rechargeable battery because I know if it was properly tested they would have realized batteries become an inconvenience and waste of money. I now wish I would have returned or went with another brand.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I researched this pump and read reviews through various websites. When I purchased the pump I had high expectations. Lots is included and I likes how they provide 2 different size flanges. Sterilized the pump and followed instructions exactly as written. Went to use it and the suction was horrible even at the highest setting. In 30 minutes of pumping on both sides I didn't even get 1/2 Oz.
I tried contacting evenflo for a refund since the pump was less than 24 hours old and they gave me a list of things to try. Tried them all, pump still sucked. Asked for a refund, and I was told no. So now im out the money for that pump. Very disappointed. I love all evenflo products except this pump.
Tried a close friends Medela pump and was able to get 4 oz per breast quickly. So it wasn't user error. Buy any other pump. Do not recommend this one at all. Will be shopping through other brands from now on.</span>

The powder in the tubing is non-toxic powder meant for them to stay from sticking together. If it is bothersome, just simply dust of with slightly damp paper towel. Tubes can not get wet at risk of ruining the motor unit of the pump. Hope this helps-thanks!
