It has little stitched sprinkles in varied colours. The plushie is very soft and very squeezable. My daughter love this little stuffie. We got Candy Cat and its her new favourite plushie toy. I really like the nice bright white cupcake design with ears. The paws are even stitched with coloured thread. The details are what makes this stand above other stuff animals. Cakey Cat is the purrfect size for my childs arms. Soft enough to sleep and the purrfect about of cuteness to comfort them.</span>
