It has just enough pieces to hold a child's attention, but not too many that it is too many. The pieces work together well and balance so that the whole house doesn&rsquo;t easily fall down. They were very excited about this cottage because they seen the movie it was inspired by. Right off the bat the jumped for joy as we opened it up and my youngest was thrilled but my 5 yr old noticed there were other characters on the back of the box but you had to purchase separately, she said they should&rsquo;ve came inside as well lol. First, I need to mention that my girls are both huge Wish fans. I love that the Playset can fold up and hold all of the accessories. It makes the set easy for cleanup and organization. The mini accessories are very cute as well as the figures as part of the set. My girls love this set and play with it a ton. She immediately picked up on and recognized the Asha and Star characters, and thought some of the special little surprises, like the fireplace and the little bed storage, were incredibly fun and well done. I liked the overall size of the playset and the level of detail, but it also meant some of the accessories were very tiny so not recommended for very small children due to choking risk. The small size makes the risk of losing some pieces a little higher as well, but really liked that there were little connecting pieces to help keep some of the accent pieces in place (e.g., connect to the desk). I also really liked the way the playset conveniently can be closed up and easily transported. My girls played with it for hours and it travels well and closes up nicely. It has hidden compartments and she has been able do get lots of play out of this. My one complaint is that the pieces are VERY tiny to be warned about that.
