She does have a thing that makes her face change from closed eyes to open ones.. and you have to flip the car, but since she doesn't latch in, you have to hold her in place while you flip her.</span>

Elsa comes with a vehicle and also has three surprise accessories and two facial expressions (just flip the dial); one of them looks funny. The mini-playset can be converted into two forms: a sled and an ice cream shop. My kids enjoyed the toy and flipped it many times and I am worried she will ask me to buy more characters, like Oaken, Ryder, and Anna and she can collect and connect all toys in train form or many shops together. This is a good gift for kids: birthday or Xmas surprise.</span>
