<span itemprop="description">My son was complaining that his car seat straps were digging into his neck. This works perfectly and no more complaints from my son. There were cheaper ones from different brands but I went with Diono because this one has a thick memory foam padding. Another review mentioned that theirs came with one grey and one back pad. I can confirm that mine did too, but I realised they are reversible and Diono packed it this way to show that they are reversible, so don't worry because you are not getting a mis-matched pair.</span>

<span itemprop="description">When I recieved the package it was two different wraps, one grey and one black. Two different kinds as well, one looks to be waterproof and the other has a soft velvet feel. How does this even happen? How do I get this resolved because I can't look at two different wraps on our new Diono seat everyday without it driving me crazy
On a plus side, great price and the correct one looks like it will protect his neck lol</span>
