I like the flip-up spout design but the plastic shell around the mouthpiece needs some work. I accidentally knocked it off my side table onto carpet and the shell broke. It snaps around the silicone mouthpiece and now the tiny clips that hold the 2 pieces together broke off and it wont stay together any longer. I Super Glued it back together, not sure how long this will last. Needs a more robust design on the flip up mouthpiece. That one was not an auto spout as I prefer no straw. someone else in the house was loading the dishwasher and put bottle in for cleaning, Dishwasher deformed by the bottle where the lid no longer fits. I was really disappointed because it came from someone very special and I thought of them every time I used it. After filling it the 2nd time the straw no longer works. Sucking on the mouthpiece will only draw air and a splash of water. I checked all the potential spots for air to enter the straw, the top connection is tight, no obvious gaps anywhere. The spout no longer flips up, so it appears the spring has failed, difficult to see.
