My son could not wait for the battery to charge and when is was the fun began. The Cat is so fast and love that you can slow it down but why would you, the buttons on the controller super easy to learn. My son wanted to try it down our long driveway I was afraid it would not make it and be stuck but no way this Cat went all the way down and back up with no problems. It is easy to control. My 5 year old was able to catch on to how to control it very easily. It has a lot of features and is pretty large. Both of my daughters love construction vehicles so when I saw this I new it would be perfect. The toy is bigger than I anticipated and my girls like putting small toys in the back and driving them around the house. Cons: the toy is very loud when it is being driven and the battery does not last very long. I love that the battery is rechargeable since it doesn't last long. The vehicle is somewhat difficult to turn around corners which may be typical of remote control cars. I noticed right away how realistic some of the features are. It a nice big size and has an adequate dumper. The tires are made out of rubber so it's super durable for outside play as well as indoor. He actually hauled and dumped several rock loads. The controller is durable and has the basic controls needed to control the RC. Was quick for him to learn and be able to control. Very well made and super sturdy for all kinds of play. Has some really nice play features for the cost. The dumper, lights and extras really make this a fun addition if you like construction equipment. The turning in very stiff, right or left almost at a digital on/off on the controller but the truck turns pretty smooth. One thing that suprized me if how fast this thing can go! It really has some get up and go! I had way more fun playing with the speed while my son enjoyed the dump truck mover for his other toys more but he also was very impressed by how fast it can go. Good stuff! They always like to play in the dirt and make a mini construction site while building with other items. This truck added a lot more fun to their creativity by having the CAT mover RC vehicle.
