<span itemprop="description">My kids are just stoked about this thing. They spent a good 10 min out of the package playing with it. Sadly I have to agree with the other reviewer. Some of the packages had holes and I actually noticed the seals on the box looked like someone had poked holes across them. So as a gift, not the greatest. I was really worried someone taken pieces and returned it but happily all are accounted for. If packaging was better I would add full stars. This was a gift so I am not giving full stars for poor product care.</span>

Sure you offered my money back but with online shopping these were gifts and my only options and the time. Terrible all that was said is they are all like that? Why even advertise it if I'm gonna pick it up looking like it's from a liquidation store. Won't be buying R exclusive anymore if you can't keep new looking packaging.</span>

How to change the batteries so it keeps working? I changed the batteries and now the light stays in all the time and it won't interact with the lighter. Ie it won't make the grilling sound anymore.

They are inserted the correct way. I can follow a picture. Besides, the light wouldn&rsquo;t come on if they we in wrong. It wouldn&rsquo;t work. Period. Thanks for useless help.
