<span itemprop="description">Our gifts were stolen from the front porch within 30 minutes of delivery. No doorbell or knock by the driver, just photo evidence. When I contacted toys r us I could not speak with a real person and would only communicate over email. I bought these with gift cards and they told me to take it up with my credit card company although I didn't pay via card. This company did nothing and showed no care at all for a little kids Christmas presents being stolen. Will not shop with them ever again.</span>
