She had trouble getting an adult barbie doll to hold onto the car handle. I dont know why a stop light and cone is included. She didnt know what to do with those accessories so did not play with them. The water bottle was tough for my 4 year old to clip onto the car. My daughter wanted to have 2 dolls ride in the car but only 1 fits so got a little frustrated. Overall, she enjoyed pushing around the car but the accessories could be different.</span>
