She loved it we put it together together, everything was fine until we noticed there was no platform for the wheelchair elevator, so the elevator couldn’t be assembled or put on the side of the house. It wasn’t complete and my daughter was really looking forward to enjoying her BDH. Reached out to customer service still haven’t received a reply. For a 200 dollar product there should be NO missing pierces let alone NO reply from a reputable and known company such as Mattel. I am disappointed.</span>
