She spends hours each day styling and combing the hair and getting it just perfect. I also love that it seems to be teaching her responsibility, this is the first toy she's ever shown any interest in taking care of to ensure she is able to continue playing with it. She wipes it down each day and makes sure the hair is perfectly styled before putting it up on its special shelf each night. She lights up showing us her &quot;creations&quot;. This is more then just a toy to us , this is a learning and growing experience. My 3 year old daughter absolutely loved it, she needed help with the nails and dying, once I showed her she was able to do it alone for the most part. The barbie comes with one set of nails and you can dye the scrunchies once. I think it's cute but I'm not sure it's something that will keep my little ones interest long because it's a one and done thing unless you're a little bigger and can style hair. I gave it 4 stars because I did enjoy playing with it with her and I've been able to learn how to french braid with it. I also like that the arms are moveable which makes it easier for her to play with it. This entire product is very well made and it is a perfect toy for any little girl.
