I watched a reveal for it which made me instantly buy it for my daughter! She can't start opening it until Dec 1st but I know she is going to go nuts when she sees what's in it! I will be honest, I'm not someone who loves full-on surprises, so having an idea of what I'm getting for my kids is really helpful. Theres still the surprise element for a lot of the accessories so it's a good mix in my opinion. This Cutie Reveal doll with 24 surprises was so much fun for my little to open and play with. Each day reveals a new surprise, from mix and match outfits, shoes, accessories and fun furry friends. The sparkly snowflake deer costume is absolutely the best, in our opinion, of all of our cutie reveal costumes. It is super soft, fuzzy and sparkly - what more could a Barbie loving girl want? From a mom perspective, I really like that this Barbie Cutie Reveal Advent Calendar set is &quot;winter&quot; themed and not strictly Christmas as some other similar products often are themed. In our house having the winter theme gives it more play value throughout the whole season (or even year round) vs Christmas type doll sets that we end up putting up for most of the year. Some days the item is much better than others like most advent calendars but all stay with the theme. It is the high quality of items you come to expect with Barbie but some are small so they can be lost easily. From the furry plush outfit pieces, to the many winter-esque boots and variety of headpieces, to the adorable little mini pets -- every window contains beautiful surprises sure to delight any eager little Barbie fan! The deer costume is also one of the prettiest ones with the silvery antlers and flecks, snowflaked eyes and heart-blush cheeks. It's perfectly themed for winter wonderland play as you approach Christmas.
