She was excited because it had school stuff in it. After looking at them there was plenty of details on the toy pieces. My daughter loved the new collection to her Barbie toys and since has played with them. Over all the quality is good on them and the interest in playing with the new pieces is high. Both my daughters enjoy playing with Barbies and any new accessory they get always adds to hours of play time and imagination between the two of them.</span>

I haven't really seen the new "My first Barbie" dolls yet, so I didn't realize how large these would be, but they do seem to fit the "curvy" (plus size? I don't remember what the different body types of Barbies are called) which surprised me. Even without the correct size Barbie, the girls are loving playing with these new accessories.</span>
