When taking it out of the dryer it was still damp, but had shrunk so much it would not fit over the rack. The Setup couldn't be easier , it literally takes 10 seconds to pop it open and it's ready to go. We opted to forgo a traditional bouncer since our home is very small and space is limited. We can fold the bouncer and place it in it's carrying bag when not in use , when company comes over , or when we take a trip to Grandma's. It is a little tough to put together in my opinion but I LOVE it. It has three recline settings and folds completely flat to fit in the travel case, which is included. The toy bar comes off easily and can be moved to wherever you prefer. My favorite feature is that it reclines to a flat plane in the event your child falls asleep in order to prevent positional asphyxiation.
