It comes in a carrying case that looks like a lunchbox. Inside the case is a cute 3 inch Baby Alive doll, pretend food, a miniature bed that the doll fits in and other accessories. My granddaughter was very excited when I gave it to her. We had to take a road trip and it kept her occupied in the car and in the hotel. She loved carrying the case around, as though it were a pocketbook or lunchbox. It's nice to see her playing with something that allows her to use her imagination! My youngest daughter really likes feeding her and we had a really fun time making &quot;popsicles&quot; for the baby to eat. The doll comes with two small containers of &quot;solid food&quot;, a comb, a popsicle mold, a spoon and some super cool, heart shaped glasses. The food is reusable as well, which is awesome! My daughter loves that the doll does number 2. I'm not too fond of that, but there's a little compartment on the back of the doll, and you just open it and dump it. Once out of the cardboard wrap it looks like a suitcase which holds all the items that come with the toy. She loved how all the items were individually wrapped and was able to open a new surprise-10 as described. As you can see it came with stickers which she decorated the outside of the suitcase with. Hers came with a baby alive doll which the arms, legs and head are moveable allowing the doll to sit in the highchair that came with the toy. The bed had a cover and a mobile to hang over which attaches to the head board. There was a spoon to feed the baby food, a cupcake, and a bottle. The toy is well made and is for kids 3 and older, if your 3year old puts things in their mouth I would be careful as the bottle is small enough where they could choke but perfect for older kids. My granddaughter spent all evening playing with this toy. She gave it a double thumbs up. The carrying case is nice and sturdy and colorful. I like how everything is contained together so you don't have pieces all over. Well made. The box and description says 10 surprises but we only counted 9, including the little doll figure. Each item is good quality and well made. They are also very cute and fun.
