<span itemprop="description">I bought this for my 13 month old grandson and it clearly states on the package and in the write up before I bought it that not only pops the balls inside, but it can SPIN! There is nothing that I can find to make it spin. I’ve even tried to google it and use their QR code or says, scanned for fun tips to extend playtime which there’s no chips are just more toys to buy, although it is cute and I think my 13 month old grandson will like it. I was just expecting it to do a lot more.</span>
