Does NOT spin.</span> <span itemprop="description">I bought this for my 13 month old grandson and it clearly states on the package and in the write up before I bought it that not only pops the balls inside, but it can SPIN! There is nothing that I can find to make it spin. I&rsquo;ve even tried to google it and use their QR code or says, scanned for fun tips to extend playtime which there&rsquo;s no chips are just more toys to buy, although it is cute and I think my 13 month old grandson will like it.
