Few of the major parts are missing. The nail to attach seat to bike is not included. The pedals do not move with the wheels like when you push the bike the pedals usually go round &amp; round along with the wheels but with this bike they only go round when pushed by feet. Tried calling the store multiple times to ask if maybe that's a safety feature but no one ever answers. Ride is smooth and overall position is comfortable and he can spend a lot of time on it without getting tired or feeling discomfort. Assembly was simple with decent instructions, build quality is good, everything fit nicely.
