They really enjoy getting to make different designs. They're so easy to use and so fun to play with. They like that you can mix and match between sets as well! It comes with over 870 solid, jewel and star beads the Tiara and all the items to build a beautiful Princess Tiara, this is so much fun and such a great crafty project for little girls but not really recommended for kids uner 4 as there is small parts included! She loves princesses and loves dressing up. This kit includes a crown with the ability to decorate (by template) 3 different ways - Princesses Jasmine, Rapunzel and Bell. The kit features almost 900 solid, jeweled and star shaped aquabeads to allow for enough to decorate the crown several times. The different shaped beads allow different textures and looks to be achieved. The kit also comes with the templates, the small spray bottle and the tray to put the beads on. It would be nice if the kit included small tweezers to help with bead placement. Bead placement can be tricky to do, especially when using the star shaped beads. You use the template and place the beads accordingly. Once you have placed the beads, you spray the beads with water. This will adhere the beads together. Overall, my girls love this kit. I found that the actual process of making things out of Aquabeads is pretty east to pick up on. I ended up having to use a pair of pointy tweezers to drop the beads in place. I had to configure how I was going to secure the templates under the tray, also. The beads easily stick together after being sprayed with water but sometimes they need sprayed twice. The star beads were the hardest to work with, needing a little extra enthusiasm to get them into their spots.
