Knowing this is not a winter product, I immediately checked to see who had in stock. It showed there was no stock in Winnipeg, but that the item could be purchased online. I was dinged with a 25.00 shipping charge, to find out when I was in the store a couple of days later purchasing a different product, there were pogosticks still in stock. When I approached the Manager at the Pembina location, I said my daughter is with me who was not in ear shot and explained this was a christmas gift.....my daughter 5 who then approached, the mgr said you need to call customer service for the pogostick. Way to go! NOT. Very disappointed in having to pay the shipping fee and then for her to say it in front of my daughter. I aslo have a separate complaint about a recent product purchased, to no fault of Toys R Us, but you may want to test product before putting on the shelf. Baby Alive changed there doll food from packages to containers. Within these containers is a playdough like substance so thick, that kids need to apply a bunch of water to thin down to feed their babies and makes a terrible mess.
