<span itemprop="description">I bought a lot of toys before Christmas, including the above. I am in a wheelchair can't get around like I used to and really relied on my purchase as valid. Toys-R-Us though, quietly just messaged me that they no longer had all my items. I didn't see this until a couple days before Christmas. I spent hours trying to go NG d a toy I could get to my grandchildren's house.
What was the response for such monumental screwups (yes, they "lost" multiple items)? I could have an extremely time limited 10% discount. As they had nothing, my replacements were purchased from different toy stores so I couldn't use that measly apology..
More and more, shopping at ToysRUs is a disappointment. There treatment of this situation: extremely so..</span>
