Bags

We are phasing out the use of plastic bags in our Stores. We encourage everyone to bring reusable bags or to purchase one in our Stores.

Pets in stores

Toys“R”Us Canada and Babies“R”Us Canada wants to ensure that our stores remain safe and enjoyable for all customers. We do not allow animals unless the animal is a service dog. Only service dogs that assist people with disabilities are allowed in the store. Dog owners may be asked to prove their dog’s credentials when entering.
