What it not clear until you try to download the instructions is you need TWO Ultimate sets and ONE Launch set to make the Extreme Track. My seven year old son could have done it but it was her gift. They both enjoyed it quite a bit today (X-mas). TBD if they play with it regularly but I think we'll get decent use out of it.
