Didn't work for us!!!
Our baby has reflux really badly and spits up constantly...we were hoping this would help. The problem with this bottle is that as the baby sucks, the air has nowhere to go and causes the nipple to invert! Then he loses suction because it gets pulled out of his mouth and back inside the bottle. So you constantly have to stop and let the nipple pop back out. Also the nipple is overly supple and he tended to bend it way too much. We liked the First Years Breastflow bottle much better!!! He is a breastfed baby also but we have to switch back and forth

Didnt work for us
I purchased these bottles and added them to my regitery bc of the anti colic design and because they were so well rated in the UK. At first they were ok except that it seemed to take my daughter awhile to eat. Soon though we were having leakage problems, not from the actual bottle but she was dribbling it all down her chin and spitting quite a bit out when we took the bottle out of her mouth. Te nipple is too soft in my opinion and we had trouble with it collapsing if she pushed on it even slightly with her tongue, We switched to Playtex VentAire and now have none of those problems. I would recommend only buying one of these Tommee Tippee and seeing how it work for your baby before you invest in a large set.

BEST BOTTLES EVER!!!!
These are the best bottles ever! My son needs a faster flow nipple because he just gets frustrated with slow flow, and these are perfect. They wouldn't work for a baby that needs a "true" slow flow nipple though. The sensitive tummy bottles worked better than Dr. Browns, Born Free, NUK, and playtex drop-ins. He no longer gets trapped gas after every feeding. I have never had a problem with leaking, but you must make sure all the parts securely fit together. Also, I have never had the nipple collapse, and my son is a very fast eater. The nipple shape was also helpful when transitioning between breast and bottle. We've never had any nipple confusion.

2 good things about these bottles: 1)Cute Design 2)5 oz Bottle...but the nipple is annoying! When feeding my daughter, the nipple collapses all the time! I have to pull out the nipple and allow the air to escape which is really annoying at 3am. Don't buy these bottles, try other bottles. If you are worried about your baby being colic, try Dr. Brown & Born Free. I wanted to try a new bottle this time, but big mistake...I will be going back to the other bottles that work properly!

Leaks Terribly!
I'm totally regretting this purchase! I bought the gift set, which of course wasn't cheep. My cousin recommended these bottles to me, since she had great success with them. Me on the other hand, have not! My son is a breastfed baby and ONLY wants to breastfeed, no bottles. I wanted to give these a try since it supposedly claims to help transition baby easily from breast to bottle. My son SCREAMS if I try (or anyone for that matter) to feed him with this bottle. Also, it leaks terribly!!! I've never dealt with a bottle before that leaks like this. It's not formula that is being wasted, but precious breastmilk, which really infuriates me! I wish I could return these and get my money back, but I can't. Tomorrow I'm going back to BRU to buy a handful of others bottles and pray that one works. This bottle would be amazing if it didn't leak AND if my son enjoyed feeding from it. Feeding your baby should be a calm, happy time. Not a time to flip-out because baby is miserable and Mom is flipping out because her breastmilk is being lost. Maybe it may work for you, but they definitely don't work for us! If you want to try them, buy the smallest pack and test them out. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend.

We have used regular tommeee tippee bottles in the past and they're great but these ones are the worst! Aside from being very expensive they do nothing "extra" and leak. The nipple flows the same speed as the regular tommee tippee and it doesn't help to prevent colic or spit up at all. In fast the piece thats suppose to help causes it to leak. Also once the temperature strip turned pink (meaning hot) it didn't turn back to blue (safe to feed) unless you poured ice cold water on it.

I bought a 2-pack of these bottles after reading rave reviews of them. They claim to help with gassy babies, colic, and the like and state that the bottles are "closer to nature". I couldn't be more disappointed. The nipple collapses as my baby sucks on it and the flow is way too fast. He shouldn't be able to clear 3 oz of milk in under 2 minutes, which he could do with this bottle. I can't believe I spent $18 on these two bottles. What a waste of money. The only thing I do like about them is the temperature sensor inside. Other than that, I wouldn't spend your money on them.

Great for Nursing babies
My daughter Isabelle was not a picky baby. She had latching issues and so I pumped all my milk and she ate it from bottles. My son Eric was born in Feb of this year and he is a nursing baby. He loves to nurse, he hates bottles, will not take a pacifier and I had no idea how I was going to go back to work. Then I found these bottles. The large nipple makes it seem to him, like he is nursing. They are easy to clean, easy to hold and the anti-colic system did well for him also because he has reflux. I cannot say enough about these bottles! They are the best thing I have ever purchased. Now that he is 6 months old I am going to be purchasing the larger bottles. They are so worth the money

We used the playtex dropins and the playtex vent aire. The nipples kept getting clogged from the fat in the breastmilk, so we wanted something with a slightly faster flow, and these are still slow flow, but fast enough that they don't clog. They have great shape for switching between breast and bottle. Our little one is a super sucker and always collapses the nipple with the vacuum every 2 min, but we like that because she lets go and we burp her. The combination is working well to space out the feeding longer, and prevent gas. Also, it's just a side note, but the caps are great and they don't leak if you just throw the bottle in your bag. I also do not find them difficult to wash, there is only one extra piece.

My daughter was doing fine with Playtex bottles occasionally but then at 2 1/2 months decided nursing was way better and refused to drink breast milk from any bottle. She literally wouldn't eat until I got home. Thought I might give these a try since the nipple actually resembles the real thing and I'm happy to say the switch worked!! Some reviewers said the nipple collapses. In my opinion, the nipple is soft and does sort of fold with heavy sucking but it doesn't affect her ability to drink. My husband thinks it looks more like when she nurses. Whenever she lets go, the nipple straightens right away. There are 3 extra pieces to wash with this model but it's worth it to have less air and not really a big inconvenience since you already have to wash the bottle anyways. Make sure everything is assembled correctly and there is no leaking.

Our daughter is totally breastfed and hadn't taken a bottle more than 2 times when I had to go back to work at 12 weeks. She took these bottles from my husband no problem! She seems not to have much more gas or spitting up when fed with the bottle than with the breast and does not have any nipple confusion, either. We were told by a lactation consultant to continue using the newborn flow nipple so that she does not get the milk too fast. She is pretty efficient at getting the milk out of the bottle and that may have translated to the breast as she has become a fast nurser too- 5-10 minutes to drain a breast! We really like these bottles and haven't had any problems with the nipples caving in or parts breaking. Have been using the same 2 bottles daily for about 4 weeks, now, also. I'd definitely recommend them.

Closer to nature in FEEL but not FLOW
**I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF IT WOULD ALLOW ME TO BUT IT MAKES YOU DO ATLEAST 1** I got this bottle for my baby who is breastfed because of the good reviews i've read but I must say- I am very disappointed. He is 4 months old and will not take to any other bottle that we've tried so I was suprised when he took to this bottle, however, the nipple kept caving in itself and the only way to "fix" it was for him to let go, thus letting air back into the bottle. My main complaint, tho, is the fact that the "slow flow" nipple is rather FAST. He drank 3oz in 5minutes (with having to stop to fix the nipple problem!) and as a result, got a belly ache. His spitting up after feeding from this bottle was the worst yet- likely due to the fact that he got so much milk so quick. In addition, when I tried to nurse him the feeding after tommee tippee, he got irritated because the milk was flowing MUCH slower than the bottle had. Nursing was a challenge for the next couple feedings after the bottle and because of that, I will not ever use these botles again. I hate that I wasted my money on such expensive bottles, but it isn't worth loosing the breastfeeding bond with my baby. some minor things I did not like were the many pieces each bottle contains. It makes it hard to wash them and if you loose one piece the bottle is pretty much wasted. I did not have problems with the nipple leaking out the side like some have said but I only used it once and thats all it took for me to decide never again! I like the shape of these bottles, it makes it compact and easy to hold and I really like the temperature thing in the center but for the problems we had with the nipple being too fast and caving in on itself, I do not think these bottles are worth NEAR as much as they cost and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE ELSE. These bottles are in fact closer to nature BY FEEL, but certainly not by FLOW... the shape isn't the only thing that compares to the breast, the flow does too. I think we will stick to the brestflow bottles from now on for bottle feeds.

No more hurting tummy only problem is the nipple is too different from breast and she has decided to stop taking this as it is too different for her.

I breastfed my daughter for 7 months without a bottle, well once I decided to go back to work I had to find a bottle that worked and I saw these at Babies r us. They have been a life saver. I can give it to her anytime. Its perfect for her little hands to hold onto, and it mimics the breast well. I can say these are wonderful and we are going to try the sippy cup now.

I bought these because my daughter has had a series of tummy problems since she was born. She has a very densitive tummy and i tought these would help. I was previously using the plaxtex bottles with disposable liners and they were good i just tought this would be better. I was wrong. While there are some good things like less gas intake than regular bottles and the little strip that lets you know when the milk is too hot, the fact that they leak just overshadows the good. I tried unscrewing and screwing back on but they still leak. There are also too many parts to it, its kinda fustrating putting it together in the middle of the night when your sleep deprived from a fussy baby. Also the small silicone part that goes at the end of the tube is extremely delicate, i tore it on the first wash on one of the bottles so needless to say its probably no longer working as it should. So i have decided to just keep using the playtex disposables until she moves on to more ounces in wich case i'll just get the Dr. Browns wich is what i used for my first son and they were great. Over all its a ok bottle, it would be a great one if they fixed the leak issues.

we LOVE the regular tommee tippee bottles and figured we would give these a try because our son seemed to having some tummy troubles. We really didnt notice a difference in his tummy problems. We found the nipple to collapse andyou really have to make sure the nipple is on correctly or it will obviously leak - the lid is thicker so sometimes it looks like its on right but its not.

I had flat nipples and a preemie- that did not make for easy nursing! We had to use a nipple shield so that she could latch... until we started using these bottles! I work FT, so my daughter is bottle fed during the day. As soon as we switched to the TT, she immediately started latching correctly. It doesn't really leave her any less gassy, but I like the middle inserts because of the temperature strips. I'd definitely recommend this product to any nursing mother.

I started to breastfeed my son the day he was born, he latched on pretty well and seemed to be doing ok. At about 1 week old he started to spit-up after just about every feeding. After talking to the lactation consultant and explained to her that I pumped one time just to see how much milk i was producing, she said he was getting way too much from me. So then I was in search for a bottle that was as close to the breast as possible. I tried the first years breastflow bottles, but he seemed to not like those, i tried dr. browns and they seemed to be ok but still give him too much milk. then i tried just a regular 0mth gerber bottle and he got way too much milk... then i became stressed. so i found the tommee tippee sensitive tummy bottles and they work great!!!! the flow seems to be pretty good and the sensitive tummy part seems to help. the only bad part, though not a total pain is the nipple that colapses on occasion. I recommend these bottles to stressed out mothers that still want to give breast milk to their little ones.

I love these bottles. My second daughter was learning to take a bottle since I was having to return to work and we tried the Avent that we used for my first child. She took them but would throw it all up afterwards. So, off I went to Babies R Us and found the TT's for excessive spit up and gas. Ever since we started her on these she has not had any problems. They do have a lot of parts but it is worth it to have a healthy, happy, well fed baby.

Mixed Review
I tried these bottles with my son when he was around 4 weeks old based on a recommendation[...]I have mixed reviews. I think the width of the nipple is the best I have seen in emulating a breast. My son seems to have no problems going back and forth between this nipple and my breast. I am disappointed, however, with the nipple flow. Despite getting the slow flow nipple, the milk comes out really fast. In addition, the anti-colic vent does not seem to decrease the amount of air my son gets while using this bottle. I am hoping when he gets a little old that gas will no longer be an issue and we can try these bottles again. Until this happens, the bottles are currently sitting unused on my drying rack.
