<span itemprop="description">Perfect advent for my Thomas and friends obsessed 4 year old! He had one last year too. I do think there could be a few improvements though.. the numbers are numerical which takes the fun out of finding the number each day. Also the inside packaging is plastic, he loves this calendar so he peeks down the edge to see what’s in the ones below. If this was cardboard he wouldn’t be able to see.
Overall a great advent this year and last year.</span>

The train pieces fit together smoothly and they were able to drag to make the train run very easily and have it all stay together which I thought would be the first thing to suffer in small toys like this. But these are great quality. Highly recommend!</span>

These are small, so make sure your child is old enough that they won't put them in their mouths!!! This set gives you tons of fun to add to a train collection or to even start a new one because there are so many! We secretly didnt open a new one every day, we opened 3 or 4! Whoops!</span>

The trains come in a assortment of colors and are all so cute. My son is a bit older, 6 years old, and he loooooved it. I got this for my younger daughter and she enjoyed playing with all the pieces with her big brother.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of 3 boys Thomas & Friends has been popular in my house the past 7 years in and out. So when I decided to surprise my middle son who is 4 years with this Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends mini advent calendar a 2022 he was over the moon excited. He and his older brother would take turns opening each window to discover a unique mini train. Honestly, it was so much fun watching from the sidelines how surprised or excited they would get over each one. There are 24 mini trains inside and each window can be used as a paper ornament on the tree. They saved all of them to hang on their tree at the end of the year for New Years.
We simply added a string to each paper ornament and it makes it a fun decoration. Each of the mini trains attaches behind each other, the kids can make a circle or different shapes with the trains. I also love the road printed and detaches from the box. Makes it a great on the go item. This would be perfect if kids are visiting grandparents and they open each day before Christmas. At the end, they take their mini trains and road or leave it with the grandparents for their next visit as a special bonding experience or memory. I highly recommend it.</span>

I think any child would love to use this and get a train a day… even though if they are like my daughter they will want them all at once! The box also stores the trains in the tight plastic molds.</span>
