It has lightweight aluminium chassis, two independent, reversible seats, two separate hoods with double UV50 sun protection extension, two flip open, removable front bars, large shopping basket with 3 pockets, two mosquito nets, two rain covers, and two foot muffs.
Beautiful hand-stitched leatherette accents on handlebar and front bars. It takes two infant car seats (with optional High and Low Adapters) and/or two Bassinets. TWIN WAY can also be used in combination of one seat with one adapter, one bassinette or shopping tote if you only need one seat.
Recommended for baby from Birth to 50 lbs per seat. Two independently reversible seats with 5 point harness, adjustable footrest and full recline backrest for comforable sleep and easy diaper changes. Maximum weight limit 50 lbs per seat. Two separate hoods with sun protection, pop up and zippered extension for full protection. Magnetic pekaboo window and ventilated mesh vent on the back for nice breeze on hot days. The width is 29 inches with wheels on fully assembled. It may be the length you are referring to:&nbsp;length from front wheel to handle 42 inches (i.e. front to back)

I dont own this stroller yet but they are larger wheels with all wheel suspension so they should be ok. There is the option to buy air tires for this stoller as well so if the regular tires dont work for you, you could buy the air ones.
