He likes to push things to help him walk. I thought this would be good to help with his walking. Without putting water in the base it is really light and tips over too easily.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The idea is cute. The wheels WILL NOT stay on the carts. We purchased 4 to use in my day care center. It took less than a day for the wheels to start falling off, and no matter what we do, they will not stay on the cart. Making not only the cart unusable but also making a hazard with the wheels and axle when the children get to them before a teacher does.</span>
