<span itemprop="description">I was very unhappy with the online order process. It was messy and very inconvenient. I has different order and pick up requirements for almost every item. I was also told that my order was ready for pick-up only to have it cancelled a few days later. I will be writing a negative review because this was ridiculously inconvenient. It was more complicated to order online compared to many other stores.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This set really is fantastic. My son is 8 and he built all the sets himself with no problem (made some mistakes along the way but wasn't difficult). I was split between this and the GraviTrax standard (non-vertical) and we were really happy that we went with the vertical one, much more interesting track configurations. After we did the sets outlined in the kits he was able to mod the sets and build his own. Highly recommend!</span>

<span itemprop="description">We have loved the original obstacle course but my kids wanted to build taller, longer tracks. This kit has helped them extend their tracks and make more dramatic runs. The pieces are high quality, easy to use, and the tracks roll really smoothly. My 10 year old enjoys creating her own tracks, while my 7 year old prefers to stick to the suggested designs in the manual. I really appreciate the compatibility with previous sets and the expansion specialty pieces. My only complaint is with the packaging. This set comes with cardboard inserts to make the box taller. While it's a clever connection to the concept of going vertical, it is impossible to continually reassemble the box and we have had to move all our pieces to a plastic bin. Great toy for all curious builders!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I received this set in exchange for my opinion. I am not unfamiliar with marble runs, but I was stumped trying to put this one together so I sought the help of my husband who is very good about building from print instructions. It stumped him too! There are a lot of pieces! After going online and watching a kid put it together, I tried again and put it together easy-peasy. It does some cool stuff my other marble runs don't do like the marble launcher. Love that. One small piece was broken, not sure if we broke it or if it came that way.</span>

The directions are easy to follow and fun to assemble and I love that they are learning basic physics concepts while they play! The whole family enjoys building new tracks! Highly recommend!</span>
