Hello! Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle SCF013/37 comes with a Slow flow nipple recommended for babies 1+ months old. No, the nipple cannot be changed since it will already come in a package.

Hi. It comes with nipple size 2 I believe and then you have to purchase different size nipples if you need a 3,4,6&nbsp;
