<span itemprop="description">We were surprised at just how big this was (product pictures with dimensions indicated would be helpful), and it was a bit tricky to put together (read instructions carefully!), but my daughter loves it and plays with it regularly. We were also surprised at the quality of the doll house, which was higher than expected. We appreciate that the majority of this doll house is natural materials (wood), although there are some plastic components. It's clear that a lot of thought and care was put into its design.</span>

I was a bit weary seeing some of the reviews about difficult assembly but overall assembly was not bad and took about 1.5-2 hours. There was one hole not properly drilled, but otherwise all parts fit together properly but instructions could do with some enhancement.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Pros: This house is massive. It is sturdy and comes with many accessories.
Cons: takes HOURS to assemble. Took myself and another person (who builds houses for a living) 3.5 hours with a lot of cursing and improvising. We had to drill extra holes and the manufacturer sent us two of the same floor pieces instead of 3 different ones. The font on the instructions is very small and also doesn’t specify the top vs bottom of pieces.</span>
