It came with a lot of little pieces so it was really fun to sit down as a family and work on it together. The building itself was fun but my kids had a blast running over their other little toys with it and driving on the tracks. I would definitely recommend this toy to my friends and family and I really hope the company comes out with more monster truck sets to start a collection with! Definitely a 5 star toy and a few happy kids. I did want to add that the truck is very durable! Some of the smaller pieces were hard to fit together (some adult assistance is needed on those) but the instructions were clear. My boys loved that you can switch out the wheels from a standard wheel to a lift with HUGE monster truck tires! It&rsquo;s cool that he was able to build a Hot Wheel and it was a Monster truck! Every features was thought down to the last details. The wheels is interchangeable from small to the big Monster Truck sizes! The instructions are easy to follow and my child made it all by himself. It was fairly easy to build. The instructions were detailed and helpful. Be aware when inserting the long silver rods and hooks (steps 49, 59, and 60) get the angles lined up before snapping in the hooks. They are hard to turn afterwards. Once built the truck was super fun to play with and the box converts to a ramp which was convenient and fun. It is perfect for his age and kept him busy and engaged. I love that there are different steps and each step has numbered bags with their pieces that go with them so the pieces are easier to find. I also like the tool that comes with it too just in case you mess up on a part. The monster truck is super detailed with its big wheels, engine, skull hood and more. The box it comes in was easily transformed into a ramp which my son thought was pretty neat as well. Super cool set.
