This box is Ok Not that great at putting it together and it’s so much smaller than the old solid one piece one. It is ok for our yard (grandparents) but not for long when more grandchildren arrive and definitely not for families. So sad.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The printed instructions and the video showed how easily the sandbox goes together. In reality, it was difficult. The base kept pulling apart with each addition. It also had 4 less screws than the lid which fell into place nicely with 8 screws. The snap-in components do not stay snapped on the base. I liked that it is smaller than the original and the overall design is cute. The engineering of the base to be more study needs to be done.</span>

It is not a solid base but rather, 4 identical pieces that fit together well. The lid also came in 4 sections and the head attaches to the base. It came in a smaller box which is great for shipping and I’m sure it makes warehouse storage and store shelving easier too. Putting it together was fairly easy, if not a little tricky to get right the first time. But I easily got it put together in about 20-25 minutes. We bought two bags of sand and some sand toys for my 3 year old and he played all day in it!</span>

This little tikes sandbox arrived at the perfect time so that we can enjoy outdoor play. The sandbox took maybe 10-15 minutes tops to put it together. The paper directions were very clear but the QR code for the YouTube video was also very helpful for me since I’m a visual learner. I need to buy the sand to fill it now but so far my toddler is very excited about the “turtle”! I can’t wait for all the fun we’ll have using it this summer.</span>

It’s thin and lightweight peices you fit together with screws. Assembly was was 3/5 difficulty, mostly just annoying trying to “quilt” together the pieces. It does feel sturdy now and I appreciate that it is light weight. I love that there’s a small connector so the lid doesn’t blow away. It only took two bags of sand to fill. My three year old is stoked!</span>

My only complaint is that when I was assembling it I couldn’t get the 4 bottom pieces flush with eachother so it’s not perfectly aligned. I’m sure the sand will weigh down the pieces that aren’t flush. However, my 3 year old loves it and I would still recommend it. It’s a big hit for all the kiddos!</span>

I love the kids can sit on the sides instead of in the sand too. Also, the umbrella holder is awesome to keep the sun off the kids during summer play! Plan to gift these to all the babies in the family!</span>
