This was a gift for her 3rd birthday, we have had it for all of 3 months and is now unusable. I assembled it according to instructions and my daughter has loved it ever since. She uses it almost daily. But I noticed that I would have to tighten the legs regularly after use, and the other day it fell apart while she was using it. Luckily she's fine because we use it inside on a carpet. But when I looked at it I noticed that the threading on the legs have completely stripped. It is now unusable. I have contacted customer support to see if they will provide any sort of assistance. My husband did have a bit of an issue with assembly, something to do with the threads. He thought we needed to send it back, but I told him that seemed normal and was actually one of the biggest complaints. Knowing that it was made that way, he tried again. It's pretty sturdy, with some flex in the handle. I was worried about the potential of it tipping over, but so far we have had no issues with that. My son is nearly 40 lbs, and loves jumping on this thing. It's a great way to burn off some energy while were inside.
