Mistake in manufacturing. I purchased mine before Christmas and contacted them to advise them of the missing parts. I returned to toy r us to get another one, however, upon opening a couple of them, it was discovered that they all had the same missing parts. I wrote to toys r us to advise them that they should place a recall on the item as they were all defective.
