<span itemprop="description">1) it’s not the the most intuitive to assemble; 2) the sun shade skeleton arrived damaged but didn’t realize this until I already built the trike — word of caution, check your parts before putting it together; 3) product number not recognized by manufacturer when I called for a replacement part (6 digits starting from 6 or 4, which is not on toys r us’ website) and unfortunately did not keep the box or the useless instruction sheet; 4) tried gluing it with super glue but did not work — not worth the effort, maybe just wait until they can ride a normal trike and purchase a better looking one that’s not bright neon plastic... 5) toys r us said to bring it back for a new trike... I am not subjecting myself to another frustrating assembly...</span>

Little did i know that it was only for 9 months setting and not able to use after that. I wouldn't have paid the extra money had i known that. Better to get the basic bike</span>

<span itemprop="description">Très mauvais service de livraison , j'étais a la maison quand ils ont livré et ils sont repartis avec mon colis. J'ai dû faire plus de 80 km pour aller le chercher alors que j'avais déjà payé des frais de livraison. Sans parlé de l'état de la boîte .</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this for my 2 years old in march when it was on sale. But assembled it in May when the weather for better only to find that the Sound Dash wasn't working. The switch to turn on/off is broken. My daughter is using it without that and enjoys going out on her trike.
Overall a good product. Would have given it a higher rating if the sound dash had been working.</span>
