I'm impressed with how much detail there is. They even made little paintbrushes that you can pick up. It's so cute and my niece loves it. So she did and enjoyed it for alittle while. Now it is a great idea but the construction of the toy is not the best parts that were not suppose to move broke easily. But with some help of super glue were fixed rather easy. It is a fun addition to their playsets and is pretty engaging. They love having all the little items to play with the critters. I will say I do not like having to keep up with the items but that is no big deal when the kiddos love it. We don't have any of these little animals, but it works great with any small type dolls. It is more of a classroom than a nursery and was perfect as my kindergartener likes to pretend be a teacher. What do I recommend to parents, something to keep the pieces in because they are very small and easy to lose. This is our first time hearing about and/or playing with their toys. The nursery is very cute and comes with everything you need to fill it. The quality is great, it's built to last.
