<span itemprop="description">My daughter received this for Christmas and it was great until it suddenly stopped working a couple months ago. She had only been using it for about 5 months and treated it well. We contacted Leap Frog and they said the warranty is only 3 months. So now we are stuck with a bunch of books we bought for it and a broken toy. Extremely disappointed with Leap Frog.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Doesn’t work with our MACBook, tried downloading the program to a regular PC, didn’t work either. My son tried to them use just the book that came with it until we could figure out how to download the others, and now that won’t even work. Save your money.</span>

I've tried 3 different computers, all the troubleshooting steps, 4 packs of batteries. This product is garbage. Leapfrog's customer service is no help. Had to return both. Total waste of time, and kiddo is very disappointed.</span>

I have had two of these. Kids love them but one didn't last 3 months and the other stopped working less than a year after purchase. I've contacted leap frog, they said they'd replace the first one that died but I've been waiting 2 months. The second they won't replace even though it was their repair software that finished it off. I now have 10+books that are useless. Waste of money.</span>
