How does this playhouse measure up to Little Tikes or Step 2, as far as quality and durability go? Is it made from similar materials, or is it made from a harder, cheaper plastic that will crack easier?

Actually, I had the opportunity to look at one in the store since I asked this question. It may be made of the same material as Little Tikes playhouses, but it is not the same quality. The walls shake when a door or window is opened, it seems pretty cheaply made. I did not buy one for my granddaughter.
