My son is 3 and does not build yet, I am doing the building for now. Building this wasn&rsquo;t super difficult for me but it does not stay together well at all. I have a ton of Lego builds and this just did not meet my expectations for the cost and good luck getting this to turn into the truck. It looks great on display and has great shelf presence. The transformation is fun and easy. The only down sides I can bring up about the set are the lack of knee joints and if you aren't careful he can fall apart when you transform him. Once you know how to hold him he transforms fine but on your first few times go slow and be careful.
