<span itemprop="description">I question some of the build sequence and a weakness in building the hull. Why are steps 158-160 after the mast is installed, should be before. Why isn’t step 156 closer to the final builds.
The build between step 85 and 114 was made difficult because the part added in step 85 is too fragile. It took me about 45 minutes to add the side pieces to the bow because the part in step 85, which is a support piece, kept coming undone</span>

<span itemprop="description">I don't normally complain about builds, but the engineering on the bow is substandard. There's a Reddit thread discussing this problem. It holds together just barely, after hours of rebuilding the section over and over. Then you have to connect the bow to the rest of the ship. Again, just barely any pressure breaks pieces internally in the bow. (Those blue pieces are the worst!!!) This set is not for ANY play. Build it, set it high on a shelf, and walk away.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was so excited to learn that Lego was coming out with a Jaws set. I have been working on it a few days and the anticipation just gets better every day. So far, my only criticism is the difficulty of the bow. The pieces, especially the two small light blue ones, are incredibly NOT user-friendly and pop off often. It took me well over an hour to manage to get the bow to stay in place strongly enough to proceed. Not going to lie, that was a struggle and made me wonder if I'd made a wise purchase. I have seen here and online that many other buyers have had the same issue and for some it completely ruined their experience. Not for me though! Once I managed to move on, the rest of the build has been easy and pleasant. I absolutely love it!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This was always going to be a must-buy purchase but it turns out to be a very enjoyable build, quite a large display area actually and certainly worth the cost.
Building the Orca, Bruce (the Shark) and the Ocean Diorama separately keeps it interesting although I did miss the 3D build option on the App but, it still recreates the manual.
There's a build together option, but I didn't want to share the experience on this occasion.
Good that Bruce can be separated as a display piece or added to the diorama although I would have liked on option of the shark's final attack on the boat's aft.
That's a minor quibble being probably too gory for Lego.
A top quality piece, especially complemented with a display case and an appropriate backdrop.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The engineering behind this set is utter incompetence. I’ve built and rebuilt the bow 5 times and it falls apart every time.
I’ve never hated building a set more, I think I’ll take a break from buying more legos as a result.
If I could feed this terrible set of bricks to the jaws shark itself, I would. Happily.
