It’s got great details, the stage is fantastic and the rooftop garden is my favourite outdoor feature on all the sets I own. <span itemprop="description">I am a huge fan of the modular sets and have been collecting them since the Bookshop Release. I was very excited to obtain the newest release this year.
PROS: The colours work really well and pop on this build. There are plenty of details that Lego has packed into this set that are all well done. To name a few of the highlights, I loved the hanging baskets on the second floor of the pizza parlour, the ticket booth, the furnishings, and the outside patio space. Another huge plus for me was that there were no stickers in this set. I hope Lego continues this trend in future sets.
CONS: I found that the price point was a little high, but it did not stop me from buying the set. In addition, my set was missing two pieces. Luckily these missing pieces were not integral parts of the build so they did not prevent me from continuing to build. Lego Customer Service was fabulous and did send me replacement parts quickly. In addition, as mentioned in some other reviews, some of the pieces from Bag 12 per the instruction manual are actually in Bag 13. Luckily I had read some of the reviews and was expecting this. I am hoping next year's entry has more emphasis on Quality Control!
Overall, this was a great build and looks wonderful next to the other buildings. I would definitely recommend this set despite some of the minor issues I encountered!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is the second modular building I have purchased and built, the first being Assembly Square. That one was obviously a league of its own, but I am glad I followed up with the Jazz Club. I did appreciate the special architectural flourishes, such as the attention to detail on the façade and rooftop. The small greenhouse is really cute too. I liked the 45-degree angles on the first and second floor; I really wasn't expecting something like that, but it was executed rather well and added a special depth to the build. The minifigures are also unique and fun, especially the musician that can carry the bass guitar case on his back.
Like many others, I too had missing pieces from bag 12 for the final two steps that ended up being in bag 13. Unfortunately, I did not check the next bag and requested the missing pieces online. They arrived almost two weeks later, and then I finally was able to continue building. Given that this is a premium product at a premium price from a premium brand, this is unacceptable. C'mon Lego, it is clear so many people are having this problem, so why not indicate that somewhere? If someone is ordering those specific pieces, why not tell them to just check the next bag? It was such a bummer to wait two weeks to finish the build and then realize I didn't even need to wait; the pieces were there the whole time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">J'ai acheté ce set pour compléter ma collection parce que j'adore les Modular. Dans l'ensemble je le trouve plutôt sympa mais à mon sens il offre moins de possibilités de jeu que certains autres en raison notamment de la configuration des espaces.
Les + : J'aime bien l'architecture du bâtiment et les fenêtres colorées. L'entrée du club en angle, est chouette à construire. La housse de contrebasse est super aussi! La pizzeria est mignonne. Le local du tailleur est chouette à monter notamment les accessoires (machine à coudre, mannequin, tissu). Le bureau de l'agent est sympa. J'ai adoré la serre sur le toit, le petit écureuil et la loge pour les artistes.
Les - : Ils concernent surtout le jeu post-montage. La scène est vraiment super étroite et je trouve dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bar au rez-de-chaussée avec une minifigure qui fasse le service et un videur :). Ca aurait été bien d'avoir un musicien de plus qui joue avec le saxophone, et un ticket d'entrée ou deux de plus également. Quelques pizzas supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenues. Je n'ai pas compris à quoi servait un des accessoires de la magicienne (est-ce un oiseau?). Ca aurait été bien de pouvoir tourner l'affiche qui figure à l'extérieur du bâtiment pour le concert de jazz pour alterner avec le spectacle de magie par exemple.
L'arrière du bâtiment aurait pu être un peu plus soigné avec une poubelle par exemple et une issue de secours pour les étages (ou un bar clandestin :D). A l'avant un arbre n'aurait pas été de trop. Enfin, il n'y a pas de cachette ou d'espace un peu secret, ou de vilain comme dans d'autres sets permettant d'imaginer des scénarios un peu fous ou de faire le lien en termes d'histoire.
Sinon, il y avait un bug entre les plans de montage et la répartition des pièces dans les sachets :p.
Certains sets étaient mieux finis pour moins cher...</span>

<span itemprop="description">Recently, I bought The Jazz club modular so I could add it to my modular collection. The set was a great build overall and used plenty of new and interesting techniques but the quality of the pieces are horrible. Every single tile in the set had sprue marks on the sides of them and they make the build look so ugly and I even got a couple of 1x2 vented slope pieces that were so off center that they had trouble connecting to a plate when another piece was connected to an adjacent stud on the plate.
Overall the build is great but the piece quality is the horrendous. The worst thing is that all of the sets I have ordered from them in the past couple of years have pieces like that even though the prices of sets have been rising. I’ve even compared them to tiles molded 5 years ago and prior and the older pieces are of better quality than they are now. Please fix this Lego!!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">J'ai commandé le nouveau modular de 2023. Le set LEGO Icons 10312 Jazz Club et le moins que je puisse dire, c'est que je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat. Le modular de cette année est particulièrement beau en terme d'architecture et de couleurs malgré les nombreuses critiques qui affirment le contraire. Le code couleur bleu électrique/rouge foncé pour le Jazz Club et jaune poussin pour la Pizzeria et l'atelier de couture ne me dérange guère. Une fois combiné, ce mélange donne un rendu qui n'est pas désagréable. Le nombre de minifigs est correcte. Les différents étages peuvent se retirer en toute simplicité pour permettre un accès facile à l'intérieur et ainsi découvrir le mobilier et les techniques d'architecture de certaines pièces. Mention particulière pour la serre située sur le toit du bâtiment jaune poussin.
- Point(s) Positif(s): Un bon modular, le code couleur, le nbr de minifigs, le nbr de pièces (2899), une bonne gestion des surfaces.
- Point(s) Négatif(s): Le prix (élevé par rapport au nombre de pièces que comporte le modular si l'on compare avec son prédécesseur de 2022 qui, certes, est maintenant au même prix mais qui comporte beaucoup plus de pièces).
En conclusion, je dirai que la cuvée 2023 n'est peut-être pas la meilleure mais reste raisonnable et n'est en aucun cas le pire modular. Souvenez-vous des tout premiers modulars qui ne comportaient aucun meuble.</span>

<span itemprop="description">There is an error in the instructions where some steps require parts from the next bag. Apart from that, very fun set. I put 4/5 for "play value" since it's hard to get the whole jazz band onto the stage, but in my eyes it's more of a display anyways. Great set.</span>

<span itemprop="description">J’étais très perplexe au moment de l’annonce du Modular 2023, mais après avoir longuement hésité, j’ai fini par l’acheter.
Et finalement, le rendu est très joli, les couleurs très belles, et l’expérience de construction, fidèle à la gamme Modular, soit très bonne.
J’ai choisi de positionner ce bâtiment entre la Place de l’Assemblée et l’Hôtel-Boutique, ce qui me semble être la meilleure configuration ! À vous d’en juger.
Dans tous les cas, si vous collectionnez les sets Modular, n’hésitez pas. Malgré un prix toujours croissant, le plaisir de la construction reste intact.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The idea of a jazz club is a nice one with this set. Unfortunately I felt this set lacked the quality of previous town sets. I thought I was missing parts from bag 12 so I contacted customer service (who were great btw) but the instructions were actually incorrect, you need to start on bag 13 two pages and earlier. I have not had this happen with other sets previously. It took me significantly longer than normal to complete the set as I was waiting for spare parts that were actually in another bag. Apart from this, one of the final pieces was incorrect and I had to grab it from another bag/set because it didn’t fit.
I can recommend most other town sets but I wouldn’t recommend this one if you are new to the hobby as the attention to detail and value for money present in other sets is lacking.</span>
